What is a Delegation?
 
A delegation is the formal term for an individual or organization who appear before Council in order to, however, not limited to: 
  • making a presentation on a matter that within the jurisdiction of the County
  • initiate interest or guidance to a solution for an item of public concern
  • provide further information on an issue currently before Council for a decision.

Persons or organizations wishing to appear before Council as a delegation must submit a completed Delegation Request Form at least five (5) business days prior to the date of the requested Council meeting.
