Join the 2025 County Tour for a full day of touring the County of Barrhead, and explore the inner workings of local agricultural operations and businesses! Discover the innovation and leadership that forms the foundation of our thriving agricultural community.
 
Details: 
  • Date: July 17, 2025
  • Time: Buses depart at 9:00 AM (full-day event)
  • Buses depart from MOSSIDE HALL (59023 Rge Rd 50)
  • Tickets: $30 each (catered lunch & supper included!)
    • Visit the County office or call 780-674-3331 to get tickets!
  • Registration deadline: July 10, 2025

    • Sacred Heart Gypsies operates a small-scall breeding program for Gypsy Cob Horses!
    • Key 13 Horsemanship is a multi-discipline horse trainer & colt starter, and will be on site to demonstrate horsemanship, horse training, and more! 
  • Gardenview Estate
    • A beautiful outdoor wedding venue featuring ponds, rolling hills, outdoor reception area, and an island ceremony space.
  • Octave 40 Ranch
    • Speckle Park beef operation, including global genetic sales and beef packages!  
  • Golby Family Farm
    • Market garden that focuses on small-scale, naturally-grown produce. Golby Family Farm strives to provide high-quality produce while maintaining a lifetime of viability from the soil.

Applying to be a host on next year's County Tour could be a great opportunity for your operation! Do you:
