Fire Services
The Town and County of Barrhead partner to provide fire and rescue services to the region. This regional fire and rescue service operates out of the Joint Emergency Response Centre located in the Town of Barrhead at 4635-61 Ave. To reach the fire hall for a non-emergency, call 780-674-2087, for emergencies call 911.
The Fire Authority provides many other services, including fire prevention and public education, loss prevention inspection, investigations and public relations. The Fire Authority endeavors to provide the best possible service to the region and encourages everyone to practice fire prevention and safety at home, work, and play.

Ambulance Services
Associated Ambulance Services provides ground ambulance services to our community. A Helipad is in operation at the Barrhead Healthcare Center, which allows for helicopter patient transfers.
Barrhead Healthcare Centre

The Barrhead Healthcare Center offers 24/7 service, with visiting hours from 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.
