Residential Driveway Snow Plowing /
Grading 
County of Barrhead offers residents an opt-in snowplow flag service that permits their driveways to be cleared following a snowfall or general grading of residential driveway.
To participate in this service, residents are required to enter into a Hold Harmless Agreement and pre-pay for each service by purchasing a flag at the County Administration Office during regular business hours.
The current fee for snowplowing and/or grading of private driveways is $35.00 per 15 minutes of work.
Purchasing snowplow flags in advance ensures that you are prepared for snowfall events.
Note: Grader operators cannot enter a property without a flag.
Please keep in mind that municipal roads take priority.
