applications, slightly down from the record 151 in 2007.

In addition to the above development permits, 44 new subdivision
plans were registered creating 44 new parcels in 2008. One new
plan was for a lot consolidation. These subdivision numbers were
down from 2007 when 60 subdivision applications were received. No
amendment applications for proposed new multi-lot subdivisions
were received.
